Dhaka University Admission 2024: Admit Card and Seat Plan
Dhaka University Admission Circular 2024 has been published. The DU Admission Circular 2023-24 is published on the admission.eis.du.ac.bd website. This is a Public University in Bangladesh, located in Dhaka. Its official website is du.ac.bd.
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online. Admission website is admission.eis.du.ac.bd. All the activities including filling the admission form, downloading the Admit card, seat plan and publishing the admission test result will be done through this website.
At the end of the online application, the applicant has to pay the prescribed application fee. Application fees can be paid through Any Schedule Bank. Application fee is Tk. – for each unit.

Dhaka University Admission Test Date
Dhaka University has announced the date of unit-based admission test. The DU Admission Test date and time for KA, KHA, GA, GHA, and CHA unit are given below.

Required GPA/ Eligibility
In order to apply in the academic year 2023-24 at Dhaka University, the candidate has to pass HSC and equivalent examination in 2023. The candidate must also have the prescribed qualifications for the unit to which he/she is interested to apply. Unit-based eligibility information is given below.
- Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examinations in 2018 or any year thereafter.
- Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examinations in 2023 or be appearing for the HSC examinations in 2024.
Dhaka University Admission Form
Candidates can only apply online. DU Online admission form can be filled through admission.eis.du.ac.bd website. Fill the admission form with all the required information and pay the prescribed application fee. Follow the instructions below to fill out the application form.
- Visit the Admission Website: Go to https://admission.eis.du.ac.bd/.
- Create an Account: Click on register or the equivalent sign-up link and create an account using your SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent information.
- Log In: Use your SSC and HSC credentials to log in to the application portal.
- Fill Out the Form: Provide your details, educational qualifications (SSC and HSC roll numbers, boards, passing year, GPA), and other required information.
- Select Units: Carefully choose the unit(s) you want to apply to based on your academic background and eligibility.
- Photo and Signature Upload: Upload your scanned photo and signature following the specified format guidelines.
- Quota Information: If applicable, provide details if you qualify for any specific quotas (e.g., freedom fighter’s child).
- Review and Submit: Thoroughly check all the information for accuracy before submitting your application.
- Payment: Pay the application fee using available online payment methods. You’ll usually receive a payslip.
Admission fee Payment:
To fill the admission form in any unit of Dhaka University and to participate in the admission test, the candidate has to pay the prescribed application fee. Application fees can be paid through Any Schedule Bank. Failure to pay the application fee will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s application. The application fee must be paid within the stipulated time frame / during the application. Follow the instructions below to pay the application fee.
Admission Test Marks Distribution:
Candidates admitted to Dhaka University must participate in the admission test in person. A separate admission test will be taken for each unit. Admit Card Download:
Candidates must download the admit card to participate in the admission test. The DU Admit Card can be downloaded from the admission.eis.du.ac.bd website. Seat Plan:
Dhaka University will publish different seat plans for the admission test of each unit. The separate seating arrangement will be published for KA, KHA, GA, GHA, and CHA Units. Dhaka University / DU Admission Result:
